Like all good things, we must have a few guidelines to which we all agree. This makes for no misunderstandings in the future and will help the ring be successful and happy.
You must be female, 18 years or older.
You must have a personal website which contains more content than just links to other sites.
Your homepage must be family friendly and contain NO racism or hatred of ANY kind, ABSOLUTELY NO pornography or links to sites containing pornography, and no content or links to sites that promote using Warez or any illegal programs.
Your ring fragment code must be placed on your site within 7 days of applying to join Soul Sisters. Please be sure to place it on the page URL you submitted when joining and place your site I.D number in the prompted places in the fragment. Your website will remain in the queue until the code is in place and working, and your membership will not be completed until then.
PLEASE NOTE: If extenuating circumstances prevent you from placing the webring code on your page within 7 days we will allow you up to 2 weeks to get this done, PROVIDING YOU LET US KNOW THAT YOU WILL BE DELAYED IN PLACING THE CODE ON THE PAGE. If the code is still not in place and working 2 weeks after you inform us of the delay, your site will be removed from the queue and you will have to resubmit your application.
All password protected areas must remain protected...you are not allowed to give out these passwords. If anyone asks you for the passwords to Soul Sisters please refer them to a team leader.
THIS GROUP REQUIRES ACTIVE PARTICPATION! YOU MUST BE ON AT LEAST ONE TEAM, FULFILL ASSIGNMENTS FOR EACH TEAM YOU ARE ON, AND RESPOND TO MANDATORY POSTS IN THE YAHOOGROUPS.
INACTIVITY WITHOUT A VALID REASON COULD LEAD TO YOUR BEING REMOVED FROM THE RING.
You must make your presence known to your Team Leader to ensure you are remaining active in the Soul Sisters Web Ring.
You will automatically be added to the Soul Sisters Main Egroup to accept special announcements and newsletters. Members will not be allowed to post in this group. (If you wish you can join the Soul Sisters Chat Group).
You will treat your sisters as you wish to be treated...no rude comments are allowed in the chat egroup. Anyone having any complaints are to report it to the Soul Sisters Grienvance Board.
You cannot use our Members List to promote and/or send invitations to other groups you are a member of.
